ROAD MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE
VOLUNTEERS
The Mogollon Ranch Board of Directors has
decided to look into appointing a Road Maintenance Committee.
The proposed Road Maintenance Committee will concern itself with
all aspects of our roads including:
• Obtaining bids for grading and annual
maintenance
• Drainage and guardrail repairs and improvements
• Snowplowing
• Long-term road improvement goals and how to achieve them in the
most cost effective manner
• Researching the possibility of turning the roads over to the
County and the feasibility in the current environment
• Other road issues and concerns
We would like 3 to 7 seven committee
members to help with road issues.
Please contact Nancy Hamerly at AAM or any Board member about your
interest in serving on this committee.

If there is construction happening on your lot, please
stress to your
contractors the need for care and caution, including outdoor
smoking. A
careless act could have catastrophic consequences. Of
course, the ban
on slash and campfires within Mogollon Ranch will be in
place until
further notice. Bly Pit is open on weekends.
Thanks to those who are volunteering their time
to protect
the availability of this important community resource.
Just a reminder that camping is
not allowed within Mogollon Ranch. Due to the potential
devastating consequences of such fires, campfires and slash
burning are also prohibited in Mogollon Ranch. A $10,000
fine will be assessed by the Association against any the
owner of any lot on which a camp or slash fire is set.
