In accordance with MRPOA CCR’s, the annual wastewater inspection shall be completed by July 1st of each year. The inspection will be completed by a qualified inspector familiar and trained in each individual wastewater system. If the homeowner fails to provide evidence of a working system, the MRPOA will arrange for an inspection at the homeowner’s expense. If a faulty wastewater system is detected, the homeowner shall than have 60 days from the association’s notification to provide evidence of a working wastewater system. If the homeowner is still not in compliance, additional steps will be implemented in accordance with CCR’s 6L.

• A list of possible inspection candidates shall be placed on the website for those homeowners who seek assistance (same as our lot clearing)

• Any homeowner can apply for a variance to the board for alternative inspections

• The MRPOA will obtain vendor bids for inspecting the non-compliant homes
